Carmagnola Restaurant was born from the experience gained with Trattoria al Chianti, in the heart of Udine: a project that tells our story—a story made of passion, lessons learned, shared sacrifices, and great satisfaction.

A journey that brought us here, where every detail has a soul, and every dish is the result of an authentic path.

The renovation of the restaurant, which began in September 2020 during the height of the pandemic, was an act of faith in the future. We believed in the value of quality, in the Friulian territory, and in human relationships, involving local manufacturing companies to build something truly our own.

Carmagnola is not just a restaurant in Udine: it is a shared vision, a place where hospitality meets the identity of our land. Here we welcome those in search of a genuine, well-crafted, and emotionally rich gastronomic experience.
