The renovation of the restaurant, which began in September 2020 during the height of the pandemic, was an act of faith in the future. We believed in the value of quality, in the Friulian territory, and in human relationships, involving local manufacturing companies to build something truly our own.<\/p>

Carmagnola is not just a restaurant in Udine: it is a shared vision, a place where hospitality meets the identity of our land.
